Temple Puja: Users can book in-person puja services at designated temples.
Home/Office Puja: Users can request a priest to perform puja at their preferred physical location.
Additional Services: Astrological consultations, sacred item delivery, and other religious services.

4. User Obligations

Provide accurate and complete information when booking services.
Ensure the puja location (for home/office puja) is appropriate for performing religious rituals.
Respect the priests and service providers associated with Srivedika.
Not misuse, resell, or modify the services offered.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments must be made through authorized payment gateways. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. If a puja cannot be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances, Srivedika reserves the right to reschedule or provide an alternative service.

All content on Srivedika, including text, images, logos, and videos, is owned or licensed by Srivedika and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify content without prior written permission from Srivedika.

Srivedika shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our puja services, as spiritual benefits depend on individual beliefs.
